Round 25 starts on Friday night with a relegation battle between Leeds United and Nottingham Forest at Elland Road in a 8pm kickoff.
Both Leeds United and Nottingham Forest hold a six-point buffer between themselves and third from bottom club West Ham but both sides will be keen to pull further away from the relegation zone with a result on Friday night.
