Premier League: Brazil leads foreign scorers ranking

As the 2025/2026 Premier League season enters its final stretch, one trend stands out: Brazilian goals. According to Sofascore data, Brazilian players have scored 99 times so far, comfortably leading the ranking among foreign players.
The standout name is Igor Thiago. The Brentford striker is enjoying a remarkable campaign, with 21 goals and a neck-and-neck Golden Boot race with Erling Haaland. With sharp finishing and strong box presence, he has become a nightmare for defenders and recently earned his first call-up from Carlo Ancelotti to the Brazil national team.

Right behind him is João Pedro of Chelsea. The former Fluminense forward has taken a major step forward tactically, scoring 14 goals and becoming Chelsea’s main attacking outlet at Stamford Bridge.
Midfielder Bruno Guimarães also deserves mention. Despite a deeper role for Newcastle United, he has scored nine times, matching Richarlison of Tottenham Hotspur.
France sits second with 63 goals. Hugo Ekitiké leads the way with 11 for Liverpool, followed by Jean-Philippe Mateta, who has 10 for Crystal Palace.

The Netherlands rank third with 62 goals, with Zian Flemming of Burnley leading their tally.
