We Put Goats on a Basketball Court. Here’s What Happened.

Nobody on the Sofascore team had ever directed a goat before. Turns out, it’s easier than you’d think.
The brief was simple enough on paper: take two wheels of limited-edition goat cheese named after the greatest basketball debate of all time, find some goats, find a court, and make it work. What followed was one of the more unusual production days in recent memory, and somehow, it went almost exactly as planned.
The court
We didn’t want a pristine, freshly painted NBA arena floor. We wanted something real. The outdoor court we found was exactly that: weathered concrete, faded lines, a hoop that had clearly seen better days. The kind of court where actual basketball gets played, arguments get started, and nobody agrees on who’s the GOAT.

It felt right. The G.O.A.T. Goat Cheese was never going to be a polished, corporate product. It was always meant to feel like something that belongs in the middle of a real debate, not a boardroom.

The indoor gym came later, and brought its own energy. Wooden floors, low light, the kind of space where you half expect someone to show up and start shooting around.
The talent
Here’s the thing about goats that nobody tells you before a shoot: they’re surprisingly professional. Mikey and Jamie, the two varieties of cheese that sparked this whole thing, were represented on set by their actual counterparts, and both were, against all reasonable expectations, completely cooperative.

No chaos. No escaped animals. No cheese knocked off the table. Just two goats on a basketball court, looking directly into the camera like they’d done this before.
The crew was prepared for the worst. They got the best.

The result
Two goats. One eternal debate. And a cheese that somehow makes sense of all of it. The G.O.A.T. Goat Cheese is now out on the US market in limited edition, with Mikey and Jamie ready to settle the argument your way. Because in the end, just like the Jordan vs. LeBron debate, it all comes down to taste.
