The 1-seed Oklahoma City Thunder took control early and never let go, beating the 8-seed Phoenix Suns 119-84 in the Western Conference first round at a sold-out PayCom Center (18,203). Oklahoma City led wire to wire, up 35-20 after the first quarter and 65-44 at halftime, then stretched the margin to 31 after three en route to a 1-0 series lead.
