Leyton Orient draw no bet

Play-off first legs can be cagey affairs but there was no shortage of entertainment and incident in Saturday's 2-2 draw between Leyton Orient and Stockport at Brisbane Road.

Orient top scorer Charlie Kelman started the scoring with a goal which should have been flagged for offside but the Londoners were met by a superb response from Stockport, who turned the match around with an Oliver Norwood penalty and Fraser Horsfall's header.

Then there was a twist in the tail towards the end as Orient were awarded a penalty and Kelman did the business with his second goal of the game.

Both teams finished the match feeling that they might have won but the result leaves the tie finely balanced for the second leg at Edgeley Park where Stockport will be aiming for a sixth successive home victory.

Team news

Callum Camps is back in the mix for Stockport after featuring as a late substitute in the opening leg.

Jack Diamond has completed a three-game ban and Ryan Rydel has made three substitute appearances since recovering from a hamstring strain.

Macaulay Southam-Hales (knee) is out long-term and Nick Powell (unspecified injury) has not played since early April.

The visitors have a doubt over midfielder Jordan Brown, who missed the first leg with a hip injury.

However, Tom James (shoulder) came off the bench in the opening leg and may be considered for a start.

Ollie O'Neill has made back-to-back substitute appearances and could also come under consideration.

Dan Happe (leg) and Theo Archibald (knee) are long-term absentees.

Leyton Orient finished nine points below Stockport in the League One standings but they have played some outstanding football in recent weeks and can seal a trip to Wembley by winning the second leg of their play-off semi-final.

Stockport are unbeaten in nine games but they might be wary of Orient, who defeated them 4-1 at Edgeley Park earlier in the campaign.

Orient changed shape to a back four for the final 25 minutes of the first leg and it paid dividends as they finished on the front foot.

The Londoners are likely to have learned from their mistakes and can deliver in what promises to be another high-scoring game.
