Celtic are flying under Brendan Rodgers both domestically and in Europe this season

- Celtic are 13 points clear of Rangers at the top of the standings
- Hibernian are the form side in the division
- St Johnstone are nine points adrift at the bottom

There is a full programme of Scottish Premiership action this weekend with leaders Celtic, fresh from securing their progress in the Champions League, set to host Dundee in the pick of Saturday's games.

Sunday's sole offering comes from Tannadice Park where Dundee United, who head into the weekend sitting third in the standings, play host to second-placed Rangers.

Here are our score predictions for all six matches in the Scottish top flight this weekend.

Aberdeen vs St Mirren (Saturday, 3pm)

It finally happened, Aberdeen's 12-match winless run was brought to an end with last weekend's Scottish Cup success at Elgin, but they remain without a Premiership victory since early November.

Jimmy Thelin's side may be able to end that wait when St Mirren head to Pittodrie, but do not expect a classic, with the visiting Buddies having lost four on the bounce in the league, failing to score in three of those.

Score prediction: Aberdeen 1-0 St Mirren

Celtic vs Dundee (Saturday, 3pm)

Celtic are unbeaten at home all season, winning 17 of their 19 games at Celtic Park, with their last defeat on their own patch coming in December 2023.

They should have too much for visiting Dundee, but the leaders have not been blowing teams away of late and with this game coming in-between two big European fixtures, it may be a closer than expected contest.

Score prediction: Celtic 2-1 Dundee (Saturday, 3pm)

Hearts vs Kilmarnock (Saturday, 3pm)

Hearts finally appear to have found their form over recent weeks, as they are unbeaten in five across league and cup, and they can move out of the relegation play-off position and above visitors Kilmarnock with a win on Saturday.

Killie put in a good account of themselves at Celtic in the Scottish Cup last time out, but they are struggling for wins and have not triumphed on the road in any competition since the end of October when they ironically beat Hearts.

Score prediction: Hearts 2-0 Kilmarnock (Saturday, 3pm)

Ross County vs Hibernian (Saturday, 3pm)

David Gray's Hibernian are in fine form
David Gray's Hibernian are in fine form

Hibernian are the form team in the Premiership, taking 17 points from the last 21 available, a run that includes impressive away wins at Aberdeen and city rivals Hearts.

More away success could follow for David Gray's side when they head to Dingwall to face a Ross County team that are winless in five at home, losing four of those, including to lower-league Livingston in the Scottish Cup last weekend.

Score prediction: Ross County 1-3 Hibernian

St Johnstone vs Motherwell (Saturday, 3pm)

St Johnstone are cut adrift at the bottom of the table and hold the worst home record in the division, but they did beat Motherwell 1-0 in the Scottish Cup last week and will hope to follow up against the same opponents.

That might be easier said than done, as despite losing six of their last eight away games, Motherwell drew 0-0 at Kilmarnock recently and can grind out a similar result at McDiarmid Park.

Score prediction: St Johnstone 0-0 Motherwell

Dundee United vs Rangers (Sunday, 12pm)

Remarkably, Rangers have only won three of 11 road matches in the Premiership this season and they will head into this trip to Dundee United off the back of their 'Battle of Britain' clash with Manchester United in the Europa League.

Jim Goodwin's hosts may be able to benefit from any weariness within the Rangers' legs,  but Dundee United are no great shakes at home and this game may end all-square, just as it did when the two teams locked horns at Ibrox back in November.

Score prediction: Dundee United 2-2 Rangers
