- 11 of Scotland's last 15 internationals have produced over 2.5 goals
- Both teams have scored in four of Norway's last six away matches
- Recommended bet: Over 2.5 Goals

Scotland have sealed automatic qualification for Euro 2024 after winning their first five Group A matches although Steve Clarke's side have lost 2-0 to leaders Spain and drawn 2-2 in Georgia in their last two games.

They have a decent chance of ending their campaign on a high against a Norway side missing injured striker Erling Haaland and Arsenal playmaker Martin Odegaard.

However, Scotland are also without some key players, especially in defence, and they left it very late to win June's reverse fixture 2-1, scoring in the 87th and 89th minutes in Oslo.

Team news

Scotland are missing injured captain Andy Robertson and his fellow full-backs Kieran Tierney and Aaron Hickey. Che Adams, Elliot Anderson and goalkeeper Angus Gunn are also missing so either Liam Kelly or Zander Clark will start in goal.

Norway striker Erling Haaland (ankle) has joined Martin Odegaard, Alexander Sorloth, Orjan Nyland, Antonio Nusa and Osame Sahraoui on the list of injury absentees.

Prediction

While the pressure is off Scotland, who are already assured of their place at next summer's finals in Germany, Norway need a win at Hampden Park to boost their chances of making the play-offs.

They will have to do so without two of the Premier League's best players, Haaland and Odegaard, as well as Villarreal striker Alexander Sorloth but over 2.5 goals still appeals.

With the visitors having to take risks in pursuit of three points, Scotland should create chances and midfielders Scott McTominay and John McGinn have been in good goalscoring form.

The home defence is less convincing without stalwarts Andy Robertson and Kieran Tierney and Scotland were beaten 3-1 by England and 4-1 by France in recent friendlies.

Their 2-2 draw in Georgia on Thursday was an incident-packed encounter and their final Group A fixture could also provide plenty of entertainment for the Tartan Army.
