- Chelsea beat Nottingham Forest on Sunday to finish fourth in Premier League
- Betis ended sixth in LaLiga
- Recommended bet: Chelsea to win (Full-Time result)
Chelsea finished their Premier League campaign on a high by sealing a Champions League place and now they can get their hands on silverware by lifting the UEFA Conference League.
The Blues face Real Betis in the continent's third-tier competition on Wednesday and victory in Wroclaw for Enzo Maresca's side would round off an impressive campaign.

Betis head to Poland knowing Ezequiel Avila, Hector Bellerin, Diego Llorente and Marc Roca are all still unfit, while goalkeeper Fran Vieites and right-back Youssouf Sabaly are both major doubts.
If Vietes fails to make it, former Liverpool keeper Adrian is expected to deputise.
Chelsea are definitely without Wesley Fofana and Christopher Nkunku but Marc Guiu could be available after he was named on the bench on Sunday.
The stats
Chelsea topped the table in the first stage of the competition, with six wins from six.
The Blues then saw off FC Copenhagen, Legia Warsaw and Djurgardens in the knockout stages.
Betis finished 15th in League Phase, with three wins, one draw and two defeats.
The Spanish side have, though, since knocked out Gent, Vitoria de Guimaraes, Jagiellonia Bialystok and Fiorentina en route to the final.
The two teams have only met twice before in European competition — in the 2005-06 Champions League group stage when Chelsea won 4-0 at home and Betis also triumphed at home, 1-0.
Chelsea are aiming to win their ninth European trophy, after previously lifting the Champions League twice, Europa League twice, Cup Winners Cup twice and UEFA Super Cup twice.
Real Betis are preparing for their first-ever European final.
Prediction
Betis are set to be the Londoners' toughest opponents in what has been a weak overall Conference League this season, but the English side should still prevail in 90 minutes.
Chelsea managed to edge out Forest 1-0 on Sunday to secure Champions League football for next term and after finishing their campaign on a high with seven wins from their last eight games, they will now be focused on lifting silverware in Poland.
Betis ended the Spanish season in sixth place, already qualifying for the Europa League next season, but their form going into the final is hardly anything to write home about as Pellegrini's side have failed to win any of their last five games, drawing four times while also losing heavily to Atletico Madrid (4-1) earlier this month.
Chelsea were understandably made Conference League favourites before a ball was kicked in the competition and they have more than lived up to that tag, regularly swatting aside much weaker opponents en route to the latter stages.
This will be more of a test and is a fitting European final, but Betis are unlikely to trouble the Blues too much and the English club should emerge victorious in normal time.
