There are six games scheduled in the Premier League on Saturday, with five of them kicking off at 3pm in what promises to be a busy afternoon.

Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest (3pm)

Bournemouth made a huge statement to the rest of the Premier League last week when they beat Newcastle 4-1 at St James' Park.

They will need another heroic display against third-placed Nottingham Forest, but having home advantage could be crucial for the Cherries.

Andoni Iraola's side are unbeaten in 11 games and their win against Newcastle was made even more impressive by their long injury list.

Bournemouth have the best home defensive record in the top flight and they can frustrate their visitors this weekend.

Brighton vs Everton (3pm)

David Moyes won his first game in his second spell in charge of Everton last weekend as the Toffees recorded a 3-2 win over Tottenham.

The Merseyside outfit will hope to move away from the relegation zone with another positive result against Brighton, who are winless in four on home soil.

The Toffees are unbeaten in four trips to the Amex Stadium so will hope it remains a happy hunting ground for them.

Liverpool vs Ipswich (3pm)

Arne Slot's Liverpool will look to maintain their six-point advantage at the top of the Premier League table when they entertain Ipswich.

The Reds are unbeaten in four in all competitions, while Ipswich come into the game on the back of a 6-0 defeat to Manchester City.

Liverpool are unbeaten in 14 at Anfield, but they have won only four of those games by more than two-goal margins, so Ipswich should be able to keep this respectful.

Southampton vs Newcastle (3pm)

Southampton have still got just one win to their name in the Premier League this season and they face a Newcastle team eager to prove a point.

The Magpies had won six league games on the spin before their defeat to Bournemouth and Eddie Howe's side will be confident they can bounce back at the first attempt against the league's basement club.

Wolves vs Arsenal (3pm)

Arsenal will hope to extend their unbeaten run to four matches when they travel to Molineux to face Wolves.

The Gunners face a Wolves side that are winless in four in the Premier League, conceding at least two goals in each of those clashes and they will struggle to keep Arsenal at bay throughout the contest.

Manchester City vs Chelsea (5.30pm)

Only two points separate Chelsea and Manchester City in the table, with the Blues holding the advantage ahead of Saturday's showdown at the Etihad Stadium.

Pep Guardiola's side side can leapfrog Chelsea into fourth with a win, but their confidence took another knock after they lost 4-2 to Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday in the Champions League.

Chelsea are unbeaten in four in all competitions, but they are winless in three on the road. However, due to City's inconsistent form, Enzo Maresca's side will feel they can at least escape with a point.
