Liverpool are set to get their hands on the Premier League trophy on Sunday

Liverpool are set to be crowned Premier League champions as long as they avoid defeat at home to Tottenham on Sunday and there remains plenty to play for elsewhere in the top flight this weekend as the battle to finish in the top five, in particular, remains very tight.

In our weekly preview, we look ahead to each clash and have a score prediction for all seven games.

Chelsea vs Everton (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Chelsea are one of the clubs in the mix for the Champions League spots as Enzo Maresca's men sit sixth in the table, two points behind Newcastle.

The Blues did their chances of a top-five finish the world of good with a late 2-1 win at Fulham last time out and they can build on that by seeing off Everton, who are safe in 13th place but have won just one of their last eight in the league.

Score prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Everton

Brighton vs West Ham (Saturday, 3pm)

Brighton's season has tailed off fairly dramatically as the Seagulls are down in 10th, now 11 points adrift of the top five and without a win since March 8.

They will still be aiming for a top-half finish, though, and a home success over the Hammers, whose search for a win goes back even longer to the end of February, looks likely on Saturday, meaning more pain for Graham Potter against his former club.

Score prediction: Brighton 2-1 West Ham

Newcastle vs Ipswich Town (Saturday, 3pm)

Ipswich are all but officially relegated and their fate is set to be finally sealed with defeat at Newcastle, who sit in the coveted fifth spot.

The Magpies must bounce back from last weekend's potentially damaging 4-1 defeat at rivals Aston Villa, which ended their fine run of recent form, and they will expect to see off the Tractor Boys comfortably at St James' Park.

Score prediction: Newcastle 3-1 Ipswich Town

Southampton vs Fulham (Saturday, 3pm)

This may have a real end-of-season affair about it as already-relegated Southampton host Fulham, who are ninth but are now unlikely to finish in the European places.

A Cottagers victory is expected at St Mary's, but there may not be too much excitement on the south coast.

Score prediction: Southampton 0-1 Fulham

Wolves vs Leicester City (Saturday, 3pm)

Wolves have impressively been steered away from trouble under Vitor Pereira and they made it five wins on the spin after overcoming troubled Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford last weekend.

Another win looms against woeful Leicester, who were confirmed as heading back down to the Championship on the back of their home defeat to leaders Liverpool.

Score prediction: Wolves 2-1 Leicester City

Bournemouth vs Manchester United (Sunday, 2pm)

Bournemouth can become the latest club to get the better of Manchester United in the top flight, whose focus between now and the end of the season is instead on the Europa League.

The Cherries are unbeaten in three as they eye a top-10 finish and they can stay on course with a routine home win.

Score prediction: Bournemouth 3-1 Manchester United

Liverpool vs Tottenham (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Liverpool should be crowned champions at last when they host Tottenham — with just a point needed now after second-place Arsenal could only manage a 2-2 draw at home against Crystal Palace on Wednesday.

Arne Slot's side were guilty of missing plenty of chances before edging out Leicester last weekend, but at an expectant Anfield, the Reds should be able to get the party started against the out-of-form visitors, who are hoping their dismal season will be saved by Europa League glory next month.

Score prediction: Liverpool 2-0 Tottenham.
