It’s Game Week 38 in the Premier League, as the 2024-25 season comes to an end on Sunday afternoon.

The title and relegation has already been decided, but there is still plenty to play for in the battle to qualify for Europe.

Man Utd vs Aston Villa (4pm)

The Man Utd players and fans will be deflated following the midweek Europa League final defeat and Aston Villa are likely to take full advantage.

Unai Emery’s men head to Old Trafford having won eight of their last nine league games and have kept clean sheets in their last three victories.

Newcastle vs Everton (4pm)

If Newcastle can seal a top-five finish it will have been a season to remember, with a trophy in the bag and Champions League football to look forward to.

A victory would guarantee that for Eddie Howe’s squad, who have collected wins in each of their last six Premier League home matches.

Liverpool vs Crystal Palace (4pm)

The Premier League champions will face the FA Cup winners at Anfield on Sunday, with Liverpool set to be handed their trophy after the game.

The Reds have lost just once at home in the league this season but since winning the league, have conceded eight goals in their last three games.

Fulham vs Man City (4pm)

Man City know a win at Craven Cottage will seal Champions League football for Pep Guardiola’s team and they have won their last 17 games against Fulham.

City have been a long way from their best this season, but head to the capital unbeaten in their last nine games, a run that has seen them move up to third.

Southampton vs Arsenal (4pm)

Southampton have endured a tough season and have conceded 84 goals in 37 matches, failing to score at the other end in their last three games.

Arsenal need just a point to confirm second spot and go into this unbeaten in their last 19 final day matches.

Tottenham vs Brighton (4pm)

After their Europa League triumph, will Spurs sign off the league season in style?

After winning the Europa League final in midweek, Spurs are expected to make a number of changes to their starting XI.

Brighton could still qualify for Europe, if other results go their way, and Kaoru Mitoma has scored in three of his last four games.

Wolves vs Brentford (4pm)

Wolves have got themselves well clear of the relegation zone under Vitor Pereira, but they have won just three of 25 games against teams above them in the table.

There have been over 3.5 goals in 10 of Brentford’s 16 league victories this season and have won four of their last five matches.

Bournemouth vs Leicester (4pm)

Despite a good season, Bournemouth’s home form has been poor in recent months, losing six of their last nine fixtures at the Vitality Stadium.

Leicester’s form has improved since relegation was confirmed, with two wins and a draw in their last three games.

Ipswich vs West Ham (4pm)

Ipswich will conclude a frustrating season with a final home game, looking for just a second home league win of the season.

West Ham head to Portman Road having won just one of their last 10 league games and could yet finish in 17th place.

Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea (4pm)

It’s 7th versus 5th at the City Ground with Forest needing a win to stand a chance of clinching a Champions League spot.

Chelsea, who have a one-point advantage over their opponents, have won just one of their last nine league away games.
