- Nottingham Forest are third in the Premier League table
- Manchester United are struggling for a top-half finish this season
- Recommended bet: Draw
After reaching the semi-finals of the FA Cup last weekend, Nottingham Forest will return to Premier League duties when they welcome Manchester United to the City Ground on Tuesday night.
Nuno Espirito Santo's men survived another penalty shootout to beat Brighton after a 0-0 draw and they will now take on Manchester City in the final four.
Forest are third in the Premier League, four points behind second-placed Arsenal, and they now face a United side who are 13th despite an upturn in results.

Nuno has already confirmed striker Chris Wood is a major doubt for Forest due to a hip problem that he sustained on international duty for New Zealand.
Midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White will need to be assessed after suffering a knock against Brighton, but the England international is expected to be passed fit.
United boss Ruben Amorim will welcome Patrick Dorgu back from suspension, while Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro are both available after recovering from injuries.
Lisandro Martinez, Jonny Evans, Ayden Heaven, Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo, Luke Shaw, Altay Bayindir and Tom Heaton are all ruled out.
The stats
Forest are unbeaten in five in all competitions, while they have not lost at home in 10 outings.
The Tricky Trees have conceded only 10 goals at home all season in the league — the best record in the division — while United have won just four of their 14 away matches in the top flight.
Forest recorded a 3-2 win over United in December, but Amorim's team are unbeaten in four in all competitions and they have lost just one of their last eight on their travels.
Prediction
The 17-point gap between the two teams suggests Tuesday's tie should be a comfortable win for Forest, however, the fact they played 120 minutes on Saturday has to be taken into consideration.
The Tricky Trees looked a little toothless in attack and with top scorer Wood set to be sidelined again, United should be able to earn a share of the spoils.
The Red Devils have picked up on the road since the turn of the year, losing just one of their eight away fixtures in 2025 and picking up draws during that run at Liverpool and Real Sociedad.
