The title race is building towards a thrilling conclusion in LaLiga with Barcelona and Real Madrid joint-top and Atletico Madrid a point behind. 

Atletico take on Barca in the game of the weekend and we have provided a score prediction for that match, as well as the nine other fixtures in the Spanish top flight.

Las Palmas vs Alaves (Friday, 8pm)

Alaves have shown improvement in recent weeks and they can get the better of relegation rivals Las Palmas, who have taken just two points from their last nine fixtures.

Celta Vigo have won only once on their LaLiga travels but they are on a five-game unbeaten run and can prevail over basement boys Valladollid, who are 11 points adrift of safety and look destined for the drop.

Mallorca vs Espanyol (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Mid-table Mallorca are on a run of three successive draws but they can pick up a victory over relegation-threatened Espanyol, who have lost nine of 12 LaLiga away games.

Villarreal vs Real Madrid (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Real Madrid advanced to the Champions League quarter-final at the expense of their bitter rivals, Atletico, and they can keep their LaLiga title push on track with a victory over fifth-placed Villarreal at El Madrigal.

Leganes vs Real Betis (Sunday, 1pm)

Betis are through to the Conference League quarter-finals and up to sixth in LaLiga and their recent resurgence can continue with a win at fourth-bottom Leganes, who have lost five of their last seven fixtures.

Sevilla vs Athletic Bilbao (Sunday, 3.15pm)

Athletic Bilbao edged past Roma in a thrilling Europa League tie but their top-four chances could be dented by Sevilla, who are on a four-game unbeaten run.

Osasuna vs Getafe (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Getafe have progressed since the turn of the year and can share the points with Osasuna, who have drawn five of their last seven fixtures.

Rayo Vallecano vs Sociedad (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Sociedad crashed out of the Europa League with a 4-1 defeat at Manchester United and they may struggle to cope with Vallecano, who have lost just one of their last six home fixtures.

Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona (Sunday, 8pm)

This week always looked like being pivotal for Atletico, who crashed out of the Champions League on Wednesday and look set to suffer a home loss to Barcelona, who will be eager to cement their position at the top of the table.
