Juventus vs Manchester City predictions: Turkish talent could trouble Citizens

&w=707&quality=100)
- Juventus are sitting top of Group G after winning their opening two games 5-0 and 4-1
- Manchester City are second only on goals scored, having won their first two matches 2-0 and 6-0
- Recommended bet: Kenan Yildiz to score or assist
It will be a straight shootout for top spot in Group G of the FIFA Club World Cup when Juventus take on Manchester City in Orlando on Thursday evening, with the pair split by only goals scored.
Juve lead the way having scored nine goals to City’s eight and this clash is a tricky one to call, with both sides in excellent form. The stakes are high, too, with whoever finishes second likely facing Real Madrid in the last 16.
Each team will be looking for their star men to step up, but it is actually a rising talent who is fancied to light the fire at the Camping World Stadium.

Long-term absentees Juan Cabal, Bremer, Arkadiusz Milik and Mattia Perin remain sidelined for Juventus but captain Manuel Locatelli made his return against Wydad and could come back into the starting XI.
Mateo Kovacic is City’s only absentee as Rico Lewis has served his one-match ban, although Claudio Echeverri suffered an ankle injury against Al Ain and will be assessed.
Pep Guardiola has some decisions to make, though, with Oscar Bobb and Rayan Cherki both pushing to start after netting from the bench against Al Ain.
The stats
Juventus have lost just one of their 11 matches under Igor Tudor, winning seven of those contests.
City have lost only one of their last 15 fixtures, winning the last four
The Citizens have kept six clean sheets in eight matches.
Kenan Yildiz has scored five goals and provided two assists in his last nine Juve appearances.
Juventus were 2-0 winners when these sides met in the Champions League in December.
Prediction
With City’s only defeat in 15 coming in a closely fought FA Cup final against Crystal Palace and Juventus losing just one of their 11 matches under Tudor, this high-stakes clash to decide the winner of Group G is likely to be a tight affair.
The Citizens are yet to concede a goal at the Club World Cup but Juve have shown an attacking intent under Tudor that has not been seen in Turin for years, with the Old Lady netting 14 times across their last four matches.
Key to that free-scoring run has been exciting youngster Kenan Yildiz, who ended the Serie A campaign with one goal and two assists in his final two matches before continuing his form at this tournament, scoring against Al Ain before bagging a brace in the win over Wydad.
He could cause a young City defence issues in Orlando and looks a decent price to either score or assist for the in-form Italians.
