Ipswich vs West Ham predictions: Town to end dismal campaign on a high

- Ipswich were relegated on April 26
- West Ham destined to finish in bottom half
- Recommended bet: Ipswich to win
Ipswich have been preparing for the Championship for weeks now, but they will want to finish their Premier League campaign on a high with victory at home to West Ham.
Town were relegated at the end of April, with their dismal run of just four wins all season meaning their first foray back at this elite level since 2002 has ended with much disappointment.
They will want to bounce straight back up again, of course, but first they must see out the campaign against a Hammers side that is set to finish in the bottom half after a less-than impressive season of their own.
Team news
Ipswich's lengthy list of injury absentees features Wes Burns, Arijanet Muric, Jaden Philogene, Kalvin Phillips and Chiedozie Ogbene. The hosts are also expected to be without Sammie Szmodics, Cameron Burgess and Conor Townsend this weekend.

Crysencio Summerville and Michail Antonio remain on the sidelines for the Hammers, while Carlos Soler and Niclas Fullkrug, who came off the bench last time out against Nottingham Forest, are among the players pushing for starts for Graham Potter's side.
The stats
Ipswich have won just once at home in the league all season.
Town have failed to win any of their last six games.
West Ham have won only one of their last 10 matches in the Premier League.
The reverse fixture at the London Stadium ended 4-1 in favour of the Hammers.
Prediction
While Ipswich's home form has been shocking, Kieran McKenna's side can bow out of the top flight with victory at Portman Road on Sunday, avenging a 4-1 away defeat to West Ham earlier in the campaign in the process.
The Tractor Boys will feel that while results overall have been poor, there have been several games when they have not got what they deserved and even though the brutal reality of how tough the Premier League is has hit home, they have managed to compete well in lots of games.
In this end-of-season affair between two teams who will have their minds on next season, Sunday's clash could be somewhat uneventful.
The Hammers have struggled under Potter, the former Chelsea and Brighton boss failing to spark the Londoners into life after succeeding Julen Lopetegui in early January and, while relegation has been successfully averted, they will hope for much more next term.
