Forest Green moved to the top of the National League after a goalless draw with promotion rivals Barnet.
There were few chances at a foggy New Lawn but Lee Ndlovu went close to giving the Bees the lead when he drew a save from Jed Ward late in the first half.
Callum Stead also tested Ward after the break but the visitors had a fortunate escape as Harvey Bunker and Jamie Robson both had attempts in a goalmouth scramble.
Rovers pressed further in stoppage time but were unable to find a winner and the draw took them a point clear of York having played two games more, with Barnet now level on points with the Minstermen.
