Newcastle welcome Arsenal to St James' Park in a fascinating fixture on Sunday
The sixth round of Premier League fixtures include a clash between the last two unbeaten teams in the division as Crystal Palace and Liverpool meet at Selhurst Park.
Injury-hit Chelsea take on Brighton in another of the Saturday 3pm kick-offs and Arsenal face a tough trip to Newcastle in Sunday's big game.
We have picked out some key team news for the big games taking place.
Chelsea vs Brighton (Saturday, 3pm)
Chelsea lost 2-1 at Manchester United in the Premier League last weekend and they will be severely depleted by injuries for Saturday's home game against Brighton.
Enzo Maresca confirmed on Friday that star man Cole Palmer has been ruled out for two to three weeks with a groin problem and the Blues boss also has issues in defence.
Wesley Fofana suffered concussion in the midweek EFL Cup win at Lincoln and fellow centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo has a calf injury.
Levi Colwill (knee) is a long-term absentee and Benoit Badiashile is a major doubt for Saturday so youngster Josh Acheampong may partner Trevoh Chalobah in the centre of defence.
Brighton, in contrast, had a positive medical bulletin this week as Maxim De Cuyper, Yankuba Minteh, Mats Wieffer and Brajan Gruda have all been passed fit.
Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez, sent off at Old Trafford last weekend, served his one-match ban in the EFL Cup but Brighton loanee Facundo Buonanotte is ineligible to face his parent club.
Crystal Palace vs Liverpool (Saturday, 3pm)
Liverpool's young centre-back Giovanni Leoni has been ruled out for a year after suffering an ACL injury against Southampton in the EFL Cup.
That cruel blow leaves Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez as Liverpool's only senior centre-backs after they missed out on signing Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi in the summer.
Striker Hugo Ekitike is suspended for the trip to Palace as he was sent off late in the game against the Saints, meaning Alexander Isak may lead the line for the champions.
Palace wingers Ismaila Sarr and Yeremy Pino have returned to training and should be fit enough to start but the Eagles are missing Cheick Doucoure, Chadi Riad, Walter Benitez and Caleb Kporha.
Tottenham vs Wolves (Saturday, 8pm)
Wolves have lost five out of five in the Premier League this term but manager Vitor Pereira has virtually a fully fit squad for Saturday's clash with Tottenham.
Pereira switched to a four-man defence for Tuesday's EFL Cup win over Everton although he could revert to three at the back at Spurs, with Yerson Mosquera, Emmanuel Agbadou and Toti Gomes all available.
Tottenham's attacking options are limited by the continued absences of strikers Dominic Solanke (ankle) and Randal Kolo Muani (dead leg).
James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Radu Dragusin remain sidelined but midfielder Pape Matar Sarr has returned to training and is available for selection.
Newcastle vs Arsenal (Sunday, 4.30pm)
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is hopeful that captain Martin Odegaard will feature in Sunday's trip to Newcastle but England winger Noni Madueke is a definite absentee.
Odegaard injured his shoulder in this month's home win over Nottingham Forest and has missed the Gunners' subsequent games against Athletic Bilbao, Manchester City and Port Vale.
Piero Hincapie, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus remain sidelined for Arsenal while Newcastle are missing defender Fabian Schar and summer signings Yoane Wissa and Jacob Ramsey.
Eddie Howe has confirmed that Magpies winger Jacob Murphy has recovered from an Achilles problem.
