Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea are all involved in the four 3pm games on Saturday, with Nottingham Forest taking on Sunderland at 5.30pm before Wolves travel to Tottenham at 8pm.
Sunday is highlighted by the clash between Newcastle and Arsenal at St James’ Park, before Everton entertain West Ham on Monday evening.
Brentford vs Manchester United (Saturday, 12.30pm)
Manchester United showed flashes of what they are capable under Ruben Amorim during a 2-1 win against Chelsea last week.
Brentford are into the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, but the Bees have won only once in the top flight this season. Expect United to come away with all three points.
Score prediction: Brentford 1-2 Manchester United
Chelsea vs Brighton (Saturday, 3pm)
These two teams played each other three times last season, with Brighton winning twice. A total of 12 goals were scored in those games and it could be another goal fest this time around.
Chelsea will be looking to bounce back from the defeat at Old Trafford, while Brighton have won only one league game this season.
Score prediction: Chelsea 3-2 Brighton
Crystal Palace vs Liverpool (Saturday, 3pm)
Crystal Palace won the Community Shield by defeating Liverpool on penalties at the start of the season.
Since then, both teams are undefeated in all competitions, but the Anfield side should have enough quality to secure three points at Selhurst Park.
Score prediction: Crystal Palace 1-2 Liverpool
Leeds vs Bournemouth (Saturday, 3pm)
Leeds have adjusted well to life back in the Premier League, unfortunate to lose twice, with one coming at Arsenal while a late freak own goal cost them a share of the spoils at Fulham.
Bournemouth have been even more impressive, however, and they currently occupy fourth place in the table. This promises to be an intriguing tie in which the Cherries should seal an away win.
Score prediction: Leeds 0-2 Bournemouth
Manchester City vs Burnley (Saturday, 3pm)
Manchester City have not started the season with their usual free-flowing style and they are down in a lowly ninth. A comfortable victory in the derby was followed by a routine win over Huddersfield did see the club reach the next round of the Carabao Cup.
Burnley will not likely be troubling Pep Guardiola’s men after winning only one of their opening five league games and it will be another home victory.
Score Prediction: Manchester City 3-0 Burnley
Nottingham Forest vs Sunderland (Saturday, 5.30pm)
Nottingham Forest have yet to win under Ange Postecoglou, although they did manage a draw against Real Betis in the Europa League.
Sunderland have been one of the stories of the season so far and could pile more misery on the Forest boss this weekend.
Score Prediction: Nottingham Forest 0-1 Sunderland
Tottenham vs Wolves (Saturday, 8pm)
Tottenham’s start to life under Thomas Frank has perhaps exceeded all expectations. Their only blip came against Bournemouth, but they are unbeaten in the four games since.
Wolves may have defeated Everton in the Carabao Cup recently, but their Premier League form has been woeful and this should be a straightforward win for Spurs.
Score Prediction: Spurs 3-0 Wolves
Aston Villa vs Fulham (Sunday, 2pm)
Aston Villa have been a shadow of their former selves this season, without a win in five Premier League matches and being knocked out of the Carabao Cup.
Fulham are trending upwards and come into this game on the back of a 3-1 win over Brentford. Villa can be stubborn, however, so this could be a tight affair.
Score Prediction: Aston Villa 1-1 Fulham
Newcastle vs Arsenal (Sunday, 4.30pm)
This could be the tie of matchday six, although Newcastle have scored just three league goals this season, winning only once in the process.
Arsenal did rescue a point against Manchester City and have to be favourites for this clash at St James’ Park.
Score Prediction: Newcastle 0-2 Arsenal
Everton vs West Ham (Monday, 8pm)
Everton have impressed in spells this season although they were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Wolves in midweek.
West Ham's campaign has been nothing short of a disaster so far, conceding 16 goals across six games. David Moyes’ side will be the latest team to prevail over the Hammers.
Score prediction: Everton 2-0 West Ham
