Burnley vs Liverpool predictions: Reds should continue their charge

Liverpool looking to extend their perfect start to the season to four matches
Burnley impressive unbeaten home record looks likely to be severely tested
Recommended bet: Liverpool to win & both teams to score
Liverpool maintained their 100% start to the season when Dominik Szoboszlai scored a late free-kick to beat Arsenal before the international break and the champions have got even stronger after Newcastle's Alexander Isak was finally signed as this summer's most protracted transfer was finally completed.
All this is bad news for Burnley, who have made a decent fist of being back in the top flight after losing their opening game 3-0 at Tottenham.
They beat Sunderland 2-0 and then lost to a late penalty at Manchester United, but there is no tougher game in the Premier League than this one.

Isak looks unlikely to start for Liverpool having played just 18 minutes of Sweden's 2-0 defeat to Kosovo on Monday.

Prediction
It is already looking ominous for the rest of the Premier League that Liverpool have started the season with three straight wins and now they have strengthened by signing, after Erling Haaland, arguably the best centre forward in the top flight.
We may not see much of Isak at Turf Moor as his strike at Newcastle means the Swede has hardly played any football since the end of last term, but Reds boss Arne Slot has plenty of attacking quality available to ensure his side gains another win at Burnley.
However, there are a few concerns at the back, as while Slot's outfit kept a clean sheet against Arsenal last time out, there were plenty of shaky moments in their other successes over Bournemouth and Newcastle.
Burnley have a proud home record and were unfortunate not to get anything in their most recent outing at Manchester United, when they were sunk by a late penalty.
Their 3-2 loss at Old Trafford demonstrated that they can pose the champions a few problems and it is worth chancing that they can find the net, even if they are unable to prevent the visitors posting a seventh successive win at the home of the Clarets.
