The first international break of the 2025-26 season allows Fantasy Football managers to take stock of their teams ahead of the next round of fixtures.

Some premium assets have yet to catch the eye, and here we examine some bargain options in each position that are worth considering.

Goalkeeper - Djordje Petrovic, Bournemouth - £4.5m

Bournemouth moved quickly in the summer to snap up Petrovic from Chelsea and he has rewarded them with some impressive performances.

The Cherries have kept two clean sheets, with Petrovic making eight saves in three games.

Petrovic has 13 points to his name after successive clean sheets and with Bournemouth facing a favourable fixture run, he should be under consideration.

Defender - Marcos Senesi, Bournemouth - £4.5m

Another Bournemouth player makes the shortlist and that is centre-back Senesi after a superb opening to the new season.

He has 25 points to his name, thanks to two clean sheets and an assist and more importantly, he has been one of the main benefactors of the new defensive contribution rule.

Senesi has earned double-digit defensive contributions in each of his three appearances, earning an extra six points.

He is at the heart of Andoni Iraola's defence and should offer good value across the season.

Defender - Gabriel Gudmundsson, Leeds United, £4.0m

Leeds United left-back Gudmundsson was a summer recruit by Daniel Farke and he has made a huge impression on the fans at Elland Road.

As Leeds' new full-back, the Swede was under pressure to create chances and the early signs are good.

Gudmundsson has attempted nine take-ons this season, and he has helped his side keep two clean sheets.

Whenever Leeds defend well, the 26-year-old puts himself in the frame for bonuses.

He has already achieved the maximum bonus points on two occasions and at £4.0m, he is an absolute bargain for managers.

Midfielder - Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Everton £5.0m

After a slow start for his new club, midfielder Dewsbury-Hall rewarded those managers who had shown patience when he scored 12 points on Saturday in Everton's 3-2 win over Wolves.

The former Chelsea man scored one goal, grabbed an assist and picked up three bonus points.

He has started the last few games as Everton's No.10 in midfield and he should thrive alongside winger Jack Grealish.

Forward - Lyle Foster, Burnley £5.0m

There are not many starting strikers under £5.0m in FPL, but Burnley's Foster looks to be in that bracket.

Foster has played 248 minutes in three games, and he scored a goal against Manchester United at the weekend.

Burnley are not expected to score many all season, but the 24-year-old looks good value at his current price.

Clarets manager Scott Parker knows he can trust him and selecting Foster means FPL players can spread the funds elsewhere.
