Hull vs Blackburn predictions: Expect goals in East Yorkshire

Hull are ninth in the Championship on four points
Blackburn are 21st in the table, one of six teams without a point
Recommended bet: Both teams to score
Championship action takes place at the MKM Stadium on Saturday afternoon when Hull, unbeaten in the league, host a Blackburn side that are yet to get off the mark.
Having avoided relegation last season on goal difference, the Tigers have made a positive start to the new campaign and they will be eager to keep the momentum going in front of a packed home crowd.
As for Blackburn, who missed out on a play-off place by just one position last term, they are yet to pick up a single point and have also suffered an early exit in the EFL Cup.

Team news
Hull defender Semi Ajayi is sidelined for at least the next month, captain Lewie Coyle is still getting back to full fitness and Eliot Matazo is recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament injury picked up last season.
The Tigers are also sweating over the fitness of Joel Ndala, who came off in Sunday's win over Oxford with a shoulder issue, while Matt Crooks left the MKM Stadium in a protective boot and is unlikely to feature.
Enis Destan is closing in on a return and could be involved at the end of this month, but Liam Miller and Mohamed Belloumi are not due back until late September.
Blackburn's new signing Ryan Alebiosu was stretched off in the defeat to Birmingham last time out but the club are hopeful the injury is not as bad as first feared and he could be involved.
Hayden Carter has returned to training but he is unlikely to be risked this weekend, while Adam Forshaw and Aynsley Pears remain a few weeks away from first-team action.

The stats
Hull have made an unbeaten start to the Championship season, drawing 0-0 at Coventry before beating Oxford 3-2 at the MKM Stadium last time out.
Oliver McBurnie has scored two goals in his last two appearances, netting in the EFL Cup defeat to Wrexham and in the triumph over Oxford.
The Tigers have won three of the last four meetings against Blackburn, although the last clash in East Yorkshire ended in a 1-0 success for Rovers.
Blackburn have lost all three matches this term, going down 1-0 to West Brom and 2-1 to Birmingham in the league either side of defeat to Bradford in the EFL Cup.
Rovers have gone five competitive games without a clean sheet.

Prediction
With six goals scored in their last two matches, Hull have looked more attacking under new manager Sergej Jakirovic and they can play their part in another entertaining affair at the MKM Stadium.
Having been blanked in the opening game of the season at Coventry, the Tigers have sparked into life in the final third, netting three times against Wrexham in the cup and then putting the same amount past Oxford in the Championship.
There are still defensive issues with this Hull side, though, and Blackburn will fancy their chances of getting on the scoresheet in East Yorkshire, just as they have done in their last three trips to this stadium.
While yet to pick up a point this season, Rovers have managed to score in each of their last two fixtures and they can at least find the back of the net for the third match in a row.
