- Bologna have lost only one of their 18 home league games this season
- Parma have won just one of their 18 Serie A away matches this term
- Lazio’s last six home league games have been score draws

There is plenty to play for on the final weekend of the Serie A season, starting on Friday with the top two, Napoli and Inter Milan, scrapping for title honours.

Napoli host Cagliari knowing victory will see them crowned champions while Inter head to Como hoping that they win and their title rivals falter.

The battle to finish in the top four is also an intriguing heat while there is plenty at stake in the pursuit for survival with five teams still at risk of relegation.

Como vs Inter Milan (Friday, 7.45pm)

Inter crave victory but they have won only two of their last eight away league games and, in Como, they are meeting a side on a high in their first season back in Serie A. The hosts, who sit 10th, are unbeaten in eight and could frustrate the title chasers.

Score prediction: Como 1-1 Inter Milan

Napoli vs Cagliari (Friday, 7.45pm)

Unbeaten in 11 games and having kept six clean sheets in that run, Napoli should be able to record the victory that would secure them the Scudetto. Cagliari tend to toil on their travels and could struggle to land a blow.

Score prediction: Napoli 2-0 Cagliari

Bologna vs Genoa (Saturday, 5pm)

Bologna have lost only one of their 18 home league games this season and the Coppa Italia winners can finish on a high. Genoa have lost four of their last five games but have scored in their last three against Milan, Napoli and Atalanta.

Score prediction: Bologna 2-1 Genoa

Milan vs Monza (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Sergio Conceicao's AC Milan can at least finish a difficult season on a high against already-relegated Monza

Milan sit ninth and have had a poor season, but they should have too much quality for relegated Monza, who have lost 25 of their 37 top-flight matches and have failed to score in five of their last eight on the road.

Score prediction: Milan 2-0 Monza

Atalanta vs Parma (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Atalanta are assured of finishing third in Serie A and, having won five of their last six games, should pile the pressure on a Parma side that are only two points ahead of the relegation places. Parma have won only once on their travels and have failed to score in six of their last 11 on the road.

Score prediction: Atalanta 3-0 Parma

Empoli vs Verona (Sunday, 7.45pm)

This could have a huge impact on relegation with Empoli third from bottom and Verona only three points superior, and it could end honours even. Three of the last six league meetings have ended 1-1, which has been the score in Verona’s last two games.

Score prediction: Empoli 1-1 Verona

Lazio vs Lecce (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Lazio still have hopes of finishing fourth while Lecce are out of the relegation spots only on goal difference, so there is plenty on the line. Lazio have endured score draws in their last six home league games and could be frustrated.

Score prediction: Lazio 1-1 Lecce

Torino vs Roma (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Claudio Ranieri's Roma have closed to within point of the top-four places and can put the pressure on Juventus

A run of only one defeat in 21 matches has put Roma in with a shot of a top-four finish and they should end the campaign on a high at Torino, who have taken just one point from four outings. Six of Roma’s last seven league wins have ended 1-0.

Score prediction: Torino 0-1 Roma

Udinese vs Fiorentina (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Having won only one of their last 10 games, mid-table Udinese look ready for the season to end and Fiorentina should cement a seventh-placed finish with victory. La Viola have won three of their last five league games, two of which ended 2-1.

Score prediction: Udinese 1-2 Fiorentina

Venezia vs Juventus (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Second-bottom Venezia must win to have any chance of survival, but Juventus are also targeting maximum points in order to finish fourth. Six of the Old Lady’s last seven league wins were secured with a clean sheet.

Score prediction: Venezia 0-2 Juventus
