Five goalscorers to watch out for this weekend: Wissa to crush Cherries

There are plenty of big games coming up this weekend in the Premier League and Championship, while Liverpool and Newcastle meet in the first cup final of the campaign at Wembley as they battle it out for Carabao Cup glory.

We have picked out five more goalscorers to keep an eye on, including star men from Liverpool and Manchester United, and an in-form Championship player hoping to help Burnley stay in contention for a top-two finish.

Josh Brownhill approaches Burnley's big clash this weekend against Swansea in good form, scoring three in his last four games for the promotion-chasing Clarets.

The 29-year-old is one of the players stepping up to the plate when Scott Parker's side need him most as the run-in approaches and he can continue to shine on Saturday against a Swansea City side stuck in mid-table with little to play for.

Yoane Wissa has been one of Brentford's star men this season and he can add to his impressive goal haul on Saturday evening against Bournemouth.

Wissa has 13 league goals to his name this term, including two in his last three games, and even though he was frustrated in last weekend's 1-0 home defeat against Aston Villa, the Bees striker can make amends against the Cherries.

Sheffield United moved top of the Championship on Tuesday, albeit before Leeds' midweek fixture against Millwall had taken place, although they will have been frustrated to only draw at home with Bristol City.

Tyrese Campbell's third goal in as many games looked to be enough for all three points before a late Robins equaliser and the Blades forward will now refocus to try and help his side see off Sheffield Wednesday in the Steel City derby on Sunday.

Including Mohamed Salah in a list of goalscorers to watch is an obvious pick most weekends and Sunday is no different, as he hopes to help Liverpool win the first major trophy of the season against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley.

Salah has been the man for the big occasion for the Reds so many times in the past that it would be no surprise to see him celebrating yet another goal or goals against the Magpies.

The Egyptian star has 32 in all competitions this season, including two in the Reds' run to the League Cup Final and he will be as determined as ever to get on the scoresheet on Sunday.

In what has been a difficult season overall for Manchester United, Bruno Fernandes has at least had a fine personal campaign.

The Portuguese playmaker has bagged seven league goals, including when putting his side ahead in last week's 1-1 draw against Arsenal and he can again fire against struggling Leicester on Sunday.

The 30-year-old also netted in the 2-2 draw with Everton recently and will again be in charge of any Red Devils' free-kicks that fall within shooting range.

Bruno has stood up and inspired United plenty of times already this season and it would be no surprise if he were to be the man to help them secure just a fourth away win in the Premier League when they go to the King Power Stadium.
