Derby vs Millwall predictions: Lions can claim victory at Pride Park

&w=707&quality=100)
- Derby have not won any of their last 11 matches
- Millwall have lost just once in their last eight games
- Recommended bet: Millwall to win
Derby manager John Eustace had a tough start to life with the Rams as they lost 4-0 at QPR in his first game in charge and things could get even worse when Millwall visit on Saturday.
The Rams have failed to win in their last 11 games, with eight losses and two draws in the Championship plus an FA Cup exit on penalties to League One side Leyton Orient, and Eustace has plenty of work to do after succeeding the ousted Paul Warne.
Eustace has taken a real gamble having left Rovers, who are fifth in the standings, to join a club in the relegation positions.
Millwall also changed manager this season with Alex Neil replacing Neil Harris in December but the Lions are now 13 points ahead of Derby in a relatively safe 14th place.
The Lions have lost only one of their last eight games, and while that was an unexpected 5-1 hammering by resurgent Plymouth, they have bounced back with consecutive draws against West Brom and Preston and will be looking to get back to winning ways at Derby.
Team news
Derby striker Lars-Jorgen Salvesen went off at half-time against Blackburn due to fatigue but should be available.
Nat Phillips and David Ozoh will both be assessed after missing that game with minor injuries.
Winger Corey Blackett-Taylor, right-back Kane Wilson and striker Dajaune Brown are all out due to hamstring injuries and centre-back Curtis Nelson (knee) is another long-term absentee.
Josh Coburn made his first Millwall appearance since November at Preston in midweek and is in contention to start but Ra’ees Bangura-Williams went off injured in that game and is a doubt.
Left-back Zak Sturge and winger Benicio Baker are still lacking match fitness while Macaulay Langstaff has missed the last four games due to injury.
The stats
&w=707&quality=100)
Derby have lost eight of their last 10 Championship games.
The Rams have failed to score in their last five home matches, losing four of them.
Both teams have scored in only two of Derby's last seven matches.
Six of Derby's 18 league defeats have been by a 2-1 scoreline.
Millwall have scored in six successive away games.
Both teams have scored in Millwall's last four league matches.
Both teams have found the net in the last three meetings between these clubs.
Only two of the last eight matches between these teams have produced over 2.5 goals.
Prediction
While six of Derby's seven league wins have come at Pride Park, their fans have had nothing to smile about of late with four defeats to nil and a goalless draw in their last five home matches.
The Rams have had some tough fixtures, with Leeds, Sunderland and Sheffield United among the teams to leave with three points, but they could struggle to turn around their form against a solid Millwall team.
The Lions have lost fewer league games on the road than they have at home, which makes sense given their preference to play on the counter.
They have drawn half of their 16 league away games and won another three, and having scored in six consecutive matches on their travels they should be targeting all three points on Saturday.
