After the drama of the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park, Everton will be hoping their upturn in form continues under David Moyes when they visit Crystal Palace in the Premier League for Saturday's evening kick-off.
James Tarkowski's dramatic late equaliser handed the Toffees a share of the spoils against Liverpool on what was an emotional night for all concerned on Merseyside.
That point extended Everton's unbeaten league run to four matches and moved them a full 10 points clear of the relegation zone heading into the weekend.
Palace are also in form, picking up 13 points from the last 18 available in the league, so confidence should be high in both camps ahead of this Selhurst Park showdown.
Team news
Palace boss Oliver Glasner will hope to have a trio of players return for this clash, with Eddie Nketiah (ankle) and Eberechi Eze (foot) both being assessed and Ismaila Sarr aiming to overcome a recent illness.
Everton will be without the suspended Abdoulaye Doucoure following his sending-off after the final whistle against Liverpool, while Iliman Ndiaye picked up a knee issue in that game and must be considered a major doubt.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin (hamstring), Dwight McNeil (knee), Seamus Coleman (calf) and Armando Broja (ankle) are among the other Toffees players currently on the treatment table.

The stats
Palace have won five of their last six matches across all competitions and their only defeat in their nine previous games came against Brentford at Selhurst Park on January 26th.
Despite their improved form, the Eagles have still only won four of 14 home games across league and cup this season, with just two of those successes coming against top-flight opposition.
Since losing his first match after returning to the club against Aston Villa, Moyes has seen Everton pick up 10 points from their last four league fixtures.
The Toffees have a strong recent record when facing Palace, as they are unbeaten in the last eight meetings across all competitions, registering five wins, including a 2-1 success at Goodison in September.
Palace have only won one of the last 20 league clashes with Everton (D9 L10), with a Conor Gallagher brace either side of a James Tomkins goal helping them to a 3-1 success in December 2021.
Prediction
When these two sides met in September's reverse fixture at Goodison, they were both winless in the Premier League and desperately struggling for form.
Fast forward a few months and things have certainly changed for the better for both, with neither side in any real danger of being dragged into a relegation battle.
That means the pressure could be off somewhat on Saturday, but a lot will depend on how Everton react after a physical and emotional Merseyside derby in the week.
Palace have had two days longer to prepare for this game after knocking League Two Doncaster out of the FA Cup on Monday night, but it is difficult to trust the Eagles given their home record is still relatively poor.
With three of the last six meetings, including two of the previous three at Selhurst Park, ending all-square, this one could be another closely-fought contest.
