Brett McGavin’s first-half strike proved enough for Yeovil to secure a point in a 1-1 draw at Dagenham.
The hosts took a fifth-minute lead when Josh Rees swept home from Trent Rendall’s long throw-in.
Dagenham keeper Nathan Harvey initially saved McGavin’s penalty but he pounced on his own rebound, drawing the sides all-square in the 39th minute.
Shiloh Remy had a big chance to fire Dagenham back in front, coming inches away when he struck the post in the 71st minute.
