Thomas Frank's side are finishing the season well

- Brentford have won their last two league home games
- Fulham needed two injury-time goals to beat Brentford 2-1 in November
- Recommended bet: Brentford to win and both teams to score

Brentford are finishing the Premier League season in fine style as they have won four games on the spin after draws with Chelsea and Arsenal in early April.

Thomas Frank's men came from behind to beat Manchester United 4-3 in their last home fixture and followed up with a 1-0 win at Ipswich, where the in-form Kevin Schade scored the decisive goal.

Fulham's hopes of a top-half finish have diminished after a run of four defeats in five games although they beat Brentford 2-1 at Craven Cottage in November.

Team news

Brentford will assess the fitness of Kristoffer Ajer and Aaron Hickey. Vitaly Janelt, Joshua Dasilva and former Fulham winger Fabio Carvalho remain sidelined.

Fulham left-back Antonee Robinson and midfielder Sasa Lukic are slight doubts. Rodrigo Muniz, Harrison Reed, Timothy Castagne and Arsenal loanee Reiss Nelson are injured.

The stats

Brentford have won their last four Premier League matches.

Forward Kevin Schade has scored in the first half of the Bees' last three games.

Both teams have scored in all nine of Brentford's home victories this season.

Fulham have lost five of their last seven league matches.

The Cottagers have not drawn any of their last 16 games in the top flight.

Fulham have been trailing 1-0 at half-time in each of their last four away matches.

Prediction

Brentford season-ticket holders have got value for money this season as the Bees' Premier League home fixtures are averaging 3.89 goals per game.

Frank's men are aiming to sign off their home campaign in style with an entertaining win over Fulham, who are limping towards the finish line.

The Cottagers have lost five of their last seven games, including a surprise 3-1 home defeat to previously struggling Everton last weekend.

They also scored in recent reverses against Arsenal and Chelsea, so backing Brentford to win and both teams to score looks a solid bet on Sunday.

Fulham have some exciting attackers in their ranks, as demonstrated by April's 3-2 home win over champions Liverpool.

But their defenders look set for a tough 90 minutes against a Brentford side brimming with confidence.

Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa have each scored 18 league goals this term, while German winger Schade has notched four times in his last three outings.

Last weekend's 1-0 win at relegated Ipswich was not one of Brentford's most memorable performances, although Wissa and Mbeumo still had a combined nine shots at goal.

However, the Bees' nine home league wins this season were by 2-1, 3-1, 5-3, 4-3, 3-2, 4-1, 4-2, 4-2 and 4-3 scorelines and another high-scoring success could be on the cards.
