And there’s only one channel to contact a support agent through, which can be slow at times and is frustratingly AI-assisted.

Supporting a payment option like Visa or PayPal can be expensive, especially for a site that doesn’t have an established customer base yet. Since BetMGM has the backing of LeoVegas, a very prominent online gambling company, we weren’t surprised to see a small but very widely used selection of payment options at BetMGM, comprising debit cards, PayPal, mobile payments and DBT. In general, this is a great lineup for a newer site. But we can’t help but feel it’s very international in its appeal, instead of catering for the British audience, since it’s missing very popular methods like Neteller and Skrill.
